EFFECTIVE DATE: SEPTEMBER 2026 // SHADOW TARGET INC.

1. Emergency Calling Limitation (No 911 Service)

SHADOW TARGET IS NOT AN EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE. IT MUST NOT BE DEPLOYED ON PHONE LINES WHERE ACTIVE ACCESS TO 911 OR MEDICAL DISPATCH IS CRITICAL.

2. Telecommunications Protocol Limitations & Caller ID Accuracy

Shadow Target Inc. employs cryptographic authentication, STIR/SHAKEN signal evaluation, and automated zero-trust filtering to assess inbound caller authenticity. However, Subscriber acknowledges that the underlying public switched telephone network (PSTN) possesses inherent architectural vulnerabilities, including unauthenticated third-party VoIP gateway routing and deceptive caller identification manipulation ("Caller ID Spoofing"). Shadow Target Inc. does not warrant or guarantee that every fraudulently altered or spoofed telephone number will be successfully flagged, identified, or quarantined. Whitelist entries configured by the Subscriber grant elevated routing privileges; Subscriber agrees that maintaining the security and accuracy of their authorized contact list is their sole responsibility, and Shadow Target Inc. disclaims all liability for unauthorized communications resulting from forged caller identification.

3. SMS & Automated Messaging Terms

Subscribers to Shadow Target perimeter defense may opt in to receive automated security alerts, quarantined call notifications, and status updates regarding their protected line.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on inbound threat and perimeter quarantine activity.

Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us or to us from you.

Cancellation (Opt-Out): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
