Clear, explicit operational boundaries regarding telecommunications defense, 911 emergency handling, and perimeter guarantees.
1. No Emergency / 911 Service Replacement
ShadowTarget does not provide outbound emergency dispatch. In any emergency situation involving health, safety, or active criminal conduct, you must dial 911 directly from your native carrier phone service or landline without delay. ShadowTarget services must never be relied upon as an emergency or life-safety alert network.
2. Nature of Voice Sandboxing & Inbound Screening
Our platform utilizes autonomous acoustic analysis, STIR/SHAKEN cryptographic attestation metrics, and interactive challenge heuristics to sandbox unfamiliar incoming callers. While our systems continuously update against emerging attack vectors, no defense architecture can guarantee 100% prevention of sophisticated bad actors. Whitelist hygiene maintained by the subscriber or designated caregiver is an essential component of total perimeter defense.
3. Carrier Network & VoIP Dependency
ShadowTarget operates across underlying telecommunications carriers, cellular networks, and data infrastructure. We are not liable for call delays, dropped packets, cellular carrier network outages, or VoIP gateway interruptions outside of our direct cloud infrastructure.
4. Pre-Payment Acknowledgment Requirement
Prior to activating an active billing subscription on the Client Portal, all subscribers must affirmatively certify that they have read, understood, and consented to these operational limitations and our Terms of Service.
